You may return:
*Merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and has the original tags.
*Merchandise must be free of pet hair.
*Merchandise must be free of smoke odor.
*Merchandise must be received within 15 days of original purchase date.
You may NOT return:
* Clearance items, these are FINAL SALE.
* Anything with discount of 60% off or more
*Merchandise may be returned for online credit within 15 days of the DATE of purchase.
*Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card code sent via email.
To make your return
1. Please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
2. Next, print your receipt and place it in the box with the items you are returning.
3. Once your package is received, please allow up to 3 business days for return processing. You will be emailed a notification once your return is received.
If your return does not meet the above criteria or is mailed back past the 15 day limit it will be rejected by our returns department and will be held at the store. The item(s) can be mailed back to you with a future order or immediately for a $6 shipping fee. We will hold non-returnable merchandise for 30 days. After 30 days, the items will be donated to charity.

*If you believe you have received defective merchandise or were shipped incorrect merchandise, you must, without exception, contact our customer service team within 3 days of receipt.
